We had a fantastic weekend getaway at this lovely new hotel near the mall. The staff was friendly, and the room was impeccably clean and well-appointed. Despite the concert postponement, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and appreciated the exceptional service. This was our second weekend stay within a year, and it never disappoints.

our stay at this hotel was quite enjoyable. The location in this area is fantastic, with plenty of great dining and shopping options within walking distance. The rooms were well-maintained and clean, providing a comfortable and luxurious experience. The hotel had excellent services such as room service, car hire, and dry cleaning, which added to the overall convenience. The staff was friendly and accommodating, providing excellent housekeeping and 24-hour room service. We also appreciated the pet amenities available, as we were traveling with our furry friend. The room amenities were top-notch, including ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, and tea/coffee facilities. We also enjoyed the terrace with its lovely garden furniture. our experience at this hotel was highly satisfying.

Additionally, the hotel seemed to be at full capacity, which made it a bit crowded. However, despite these minor concerns, we would definitely recommend this hotel to others for its great location, excellent service, and luxurious amenities.

They offered huge and absolutely fabulous rooms with balconies, a partial view of the Waterway plus great pillows. The location was magnificent, within a close distance from The Woodlands Mall.

Appreciated my restful stay on business trip. The room was extremely spacious and luxurious with great pillows & soft sheets, ideal for me. The hotel location was great here in The Woodlands. Moreover, it's not far from Complimentary trolley as well as a beautiful waterfall and park.

The hotel had clean and modern rooms, with a touchpad on the bedside to control all the lights. The gym was equipped with Peloton bikes, which I loved. The hotel's location was ideal, with good restaurants and a mall nearby. The staff was friendly, attentive, and welcoming, especially Olivia and Ashley at the front desk. They made sure my check-in was smooth and provided great dinner suggestions. Olivia went above and beyond to resolve any billing or reservation issues. Highly recommend this hotel for business or leisure.

The staff was unable or unwilling to make minor changes regarding parking charges and hotel points, which showed a lack of competence or willingness to accommodate leisure travelers.

The room was updated and clean and available with views of the water. The breakfast food, especially fresh bread, fruit and cheese was outstanding. The location of this hotel not far from clubs, shops and restaurants, and the canal and restaurants and the mall was great. The management was welcoming and exceptional, as well as the staff.

We had a fantastic stay at the Westin. The staff, particularly Van Lam, went above and beyond to secure a last-minute room for us during a travel mishap. The rooms were modern and clean, with great entertainment options. The hotel's gym and infinity pool were perfect for staying active. The location was convenient for exploring the waterway and nearby attractions. I highly recommend this hotel.

I've had a very nice stay for a business trip. Perfectly clean, excellant value hotel, the location was comfy and perfect adjacent to other spots along the route, and bars and restaurants. The people working in the property where really helpful. I thoroughly enjoyed the great bed and the a double room. Slices of fresh bread, fruit and cheese served for breakfast were outstanding.

It was a relaxing hotel with thoughtful staff. The location seemed great in in an internationally renowned business area. There was Ristorante Tuscany a few steps away from the venue.

Everything is what i need and want.

We were delighted to stay at this hotel and take advantage of its ideal location along the river walk with easy access to entertainment and restaurants. Despite staffing challenges, the customer service was outstanding, and Kevin Silva and Yonny Riano made our trip extra special. The pool was inviting, and the view was great. we highly recommend this hotel.
